artisan applications:
Please fill
out this application if you would like to be considered
for an Artisan space during Christmas in Davidson. Applications must be
received by October 1, 2022.
IMPORTANT:
There are
only a limited number of Artisan spaces available. In order to ensure your
eligibility for consideration, please return the
completed form with full payment as soon as possible.
Acceptance is not guaranteed and is at the sole
discretion of the Event Planning Committee. Any
applications received after the October 1, 2022 deadline will
not be considered, no exceptions.
Christmas
in Davidson offers a limited number of Artisan spaces.
All Artisan applications are reviewed by a selection
committee and accepted applications will be notified on
October 7, 2022. All accepted Artisans will be required to provide their own white
tent along with your own tables & chairs. All
tents must be white, no exceptions. If you do not have a
White tent, we will be happy to provide you
with rental source to contact direct. Electricity is NOT
provided but can be purchased at an additional fee.

Entertainment Applications:
Please fill out this application if you are interested
in performing on the library stage or the South
Main Square stage during Christmas in
Davidson. These are non-paying performances. Your
application must be received by October 1, 2022.

Food vendor
Applications:
Please fill out this application if you would like to be
a food vendor in the Christmas in Davidson.
Interested food vendors and/or food trucks are required
to apply for a Mecklenburg County Health Department special event food permits
to prepare food on site. Food Trucks are required to
provide proof of their permanent health department
issued permit. Applications must be received
by October 1, 2022.
